Standard Delivery : 3 to 5 working days FREE from 120€ of purchase

Express Delivery: An order placed before 1pm will be delivered the next working day (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you place your order after 1pm, it will be delivered the next day. For example, if you order on Thursday after 1pm, your order will be delivered on Monday. 13,90€

Your order is prepared as soon as possible. Depending on your delivery method, standard or express, the shipping time is 1 to 2 days.

You can follow the progress of your order, thanks to the tracking number that you will find in your shipping confirmation email.

You can also find it in the «My Orders» section of your customer account.

We do our best to respect the delivery times as much as possible. However, during certain periods of high activity (Sales, Private Sales) these times can sometimes be extended.

A printable return label is available (15 days after receipt of the parcel) on your personal space to stick on the goods to be sent back to the Company.

Returns from abroad (outside France) are at the customer's expense.

The return of underwear (underpants and socks) and perfumes is not accepted.

If you wish to change the address of your order, you must contact the Customer Service immediately (within one hour) so that the address can be changed.

If your order has already been shipped, we no longer have the ability to change your address. However, you can go to the Chronopost website with your tracking number (sent by our service by email, starting with XU or XF) and change your address yourself.

For any other request of modification, of addition of article, we cannot unfortunately modify your order.

Concerning the cancellation of your order, unfortunately we cannot cancel your order once it has been validated by your payment. Indeed, our shipping teams prepare your packages instantly and it is therefore impossible for us to change the status of your order after payment.

Once again, we are sorry but our reactivity aims initially at satisfying all our customers and shipping as soon as possible. Please note that you can of course return your order if it does not suit you.
